So comfy and cute for spring!

Excellent Socks

My wife loves these socks. Fit is prefect. Good thickness.

First time using the sleeves - I have over 2 dozen vim & Vigr socks but always remove them at night. I wore the sleeves the other night and my legs felt so much better in the morning and they didn’t feel like I was wearing socks to bed. I’m hoping I can use these sometimes if I want to wear sandals, but want support to my legs. I bought another pair of the sleeves in red!

Good compression

These socks have the actual 20-30 mmHg compression that is very hard to find in open toed socks. Great quality. Hope they come out with more colors.

Comfortable

Not only are they comfortable but I get lots of compliments when I where them.

I put these socks on right away. I love them and don't want to ever take them off. I'll order again in awhile. Thank you!!!

20-30 mmHg: Rise Stripe (Nylon)

great socks

I like the merino socks I bought 20-30 mm compression. They are warm, soft and supportive. I've washed them in my machine, with the hand wash cycle, hung them up to dry and they look good.
I find them a bit long in the leg and the toe area seems to have a bit too much fabric but these are minor. I would buy them again.

Favourite sock I've tried by a long shot! Dysautonomia approved, minimal sweating and max comfort.

Short answer: AMAZING, worth the cost/special laundering requirements, and far better than any cheap pure synthetic alternative. They are the closest thing to a "normal," non-compression sock experience that I have found yet. (See: comfortable, and unobtrusive!)

Long answer: Was nervous about the premium price (+ shipping to CA) but they are 100% worth it. They fit well around the upper foot, like a normal sock!! (Unlike many other compression socks I have tried, which are either toeless or have a weird loose bag of fabric around the toe area). The toe seam is minimal and does not bother me. With my other nylon compression socks, they are too thin to wear alone with my work boots (I work retail shifts on my feet) and tend to chafe/stretch out quickly with use. I usually have to wear an extra pair of regular socks over top the compression socks as padding. This is a very warm and oftentimes sweaty solution. I DO NOT have to do that with these socks! The material is thicker than normal nylon compression socks and the construction feels considerably sturdier. I can wear them without that extra sock layer for work shifts and they work great. They feel very supportive, *and* the top of the sock doesn't dig into my calves or itch after a long day like other socks do. I will sometimes wear compression socks to bed to help with dysautonomic symptoms, and they are WAY more comfortable to wear to bed than any other synthetic sock I've tried. I feel the merino socks can get warm under the covers, so they are a good winter pick but if you run hot/can't give up sleeping with blankets (ahem...), I suspect the cotton socks would be more apropos. The look of the sock is also a plus, of course. They look entirely normal, perhaps even.. fashionable?? This is unprecedented for 20-30mmhg socks (which most often come in boring black, glaring neon colours, or odd mismatched striped patterns). My only wish is that I had bought more than two pairs! They are definitely an expensive investment, but I have a feeling that these will last for a good while if rotated out and washed correctly.

I don't have the ability to measure the actual compression of these socks against the claim of 20-30mmhg, but based on my experience with other socks, this is probably accurate. I find that these also stretch out less (especially the foot area!) with repeated wear than other socks, but being that they're thicker and partly composed of wool, they do need to be washed more often and with more care in order to maintain good compression and hygiene. I don't find this to be too much of a hassle. I will usually rinse them by hand in cold water (no detergent) before sending them through a DELICATE wash cycle on the coldest settings with a small amount of a dedicated wool detergent. I will machine dry part-way on the gentlest setting before laying flat overnight. As to be expected, they do have that distinct merino wool smell when still damp after laundering, but I haven't noticed it when dry or in daily use. (Actually, my feet smell less at the end of the day when wearing merino wool than other fibres!)

I wish that VIM&VIGR offered thigh and waist high options, as those markets are badly lacking in comfy breathable options! However, these get the job done for my needs (mild-moderate dysautonomic symptoms, suspected POTS but not diagnosed) and are absolutely my first pick. If I had infinite money, I would own, like, 28 pairs of these socks and wear them around the clock.

Love that it doesn’t feel tight on my toes

I loved them, especially the wide top. They were very comfortable, and I would consider buying more.

The feet is a little to long

So versatile and comfortable.

I love my black footless compression tights. I have POTS, EDS, MCAS & Hashimoto’s so compression is a vital part of my daily regiment. I wear them with long shirts, dresses (both long and short), skirts etc. they breathe well and have minimal pinching when compared to other compression tights.

Stylish and comfy

These compression stockings are cute and not too warm under long pants or jeans. They are easy to put on and off and feel good on my legs all day. No pinching at the top at the end of the day and the roomy toes are heavenly. I’m definitely going to purchase more pairs!

20-30 mmHg: Heathered Collection (Open Toe Sock - Cotton)

Perfect and very pretty!

These are not only excellent quality and help my legs feel more alive... they are also really cute!

First use of one compression sock resulted in a hole in the sidewall - ruined.

I am very happy with my compression socks. I love the variety of patterns. I wear them when I travel. The thicker socks were an assist in Alaska even when it was -52 degrees.

Excellent Choice for 1st Time Buyer

First ever pair to wear. More comfortable and easier to put on than I thought, even after repetitive washing. Gold heel helps guide them on to my feet. Very happy so bought another pair. Excellent website. How to put them on video was a nice touch.
