New Styles, New Sizes, Who Dis?

Our spring and summer season has been filled with lots of excitement, from a fabulous new collection to upgraded sizing options to VIM & VIGR’s debut on both Good Morning America and QVC! In fact, it’s been nothing short of amazing and we thank all of you who have helped make these milestones possible. Every time you leave us a review, comment on our social posts, purchase from your favorite local retailer, tell a friend, or rock your socks, you’re helping us learn more about your needs, tap into your personal styles, and provide better compression solutions for people around the world – that means everything to us!

We’ve loved hearing your reactions to our spring/summer collection (and watching the photos flood in on social media – you’re all so stylish!), and to the expansion of our wide calf collection. Before the season comes to an end, we wanted to do one last deep dive and celebrate these changes – let’s do this!

Spring Summer

1. Brand new designs – We added two cute and innovative designs to our line: zig zag stripes and modern triangles. Game changer!

Moisture Wick Nylon

2. A fresh color palette - This collection stand out from others thanks to lighter tones, pink hues, jewel tones, and even lavender colors infused throughout.

3. New moisture-wick nylon colors - This was a big one. Over the years, our moisture-wicking nylon compression socks have been best sellers, even though they were only offered in solid black and navy. We decided to revamp the collection with three new gorgeous jewel tones, which include sapphire, emerald, and ruby, and we’re thrilled with the results!

Women's Wide Calf Compression Socks

4. Wide calf all around - We pride ourselves on our ability to offer high-quality compression socks that support the needs of men and women of all shapes and sizes, which is why you can now order any of our socks in small, medium, large, or wide calf

There you have it – four reasons to love VIM & VIGR’s latest arrivals! What do you want to see in our upcoming fall/winter collection? Tell us in a comment below, or tweet us at @VIMVIGR!

Sizing, Fabric & Compression Levels Guide

Size Chart:

We have a different sizing chart depending on the type of compression garment. Please consider your foot and calf circumference when choosing your size.

If you're in between sizes, ask yourself a few questions:
What is my body type? Will I be more comfortable in a size up or down? Take your body type into consideration when choosing a size especially if you're in between sizes.

Compression Levels:

Compression garments are made in a variety of support levels, each of which is designed to address different needs. These levels are most commonly expressed in millimeters of mercury (abbreviated as mmHg). Generally, graduated compression is displayed in ranges. The higher the numerical value, the stronger the support level indicated. For example, a 20-30 mmHg garment will offer more support and feel tighter than a 15-20 mmHg garment.

All of VIM & VIGR’s products are offered in 15-20 mmHg compression level and select styles are available in 20-30 mmHg.

How to put on compression socks:

Slip your arm into the sock until your fingers reach the toes. Your palm should be resting in the sock's heel.

Starting at the cuff, fold the sock over until it meets the heel. Make sure to fold the sock onto itself.

With the sock still inverted, pull the foot of the sock firmly onto your foot. Make sure your toes are securely in the toe pocket. Starting with the cuff, gradually roll the sock up.

Adjust so that your heel is properly positioned in the heel pocket and the cuff sits below the knee. Make sure the cuff is not pulled up too high.
