Founded in 2013, our team is committed to creating VIM & VIGR products because we have seen the amazing results firsthand. We are passionate about bringing our amazing product - part designer socks, part medical device - to customers across all walks of life.

Marketing

What You’ll Do 

Organic Social Media & Content Creation 

  • Own and execute the brand’s content strategy across Instagram and TikTok. 
  • Repurpose and remix existing brand assets into new, fresh, high-performing content. 
  • Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok). 
  • Utilize your editing skills and/or AI tools to accelerate content output and quality. 

Paid Ads Video Content 

  • Partner with our Marketing team to develop performance-focused video ads for Meta and TikTok. 
  • Work with external vendors and/or AI tools to test and iterate new creative at scale. 
  • Analyze ad creative performance to understand what drives conversions and continuously optimize. 

Ambassador & Influencer Program Management 

  • Manage and nurture our existing Ambassador Program. 
  • Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to build and maintain an Ambassador posting/content calendar. 
  • Coordinate influencer gifting and seeding to support product launches and seasonal campaigns. 
  • Work closely with our TikTok Shop partner/vendor to support product listings, creator activations, and commissions. 

What You Bring 

  • Experience creating social-first video content (Reels/TikTok required). 
  • Strong editing, storytelling, and trend-spotting skills. 
  • Comfort using AI tools for ideation, editing, and workflow efficiency. 
  • Experience managing brand social channels, influencer programs, or creator communities (preferred). 
  • Ability to project manage across teams and move multiple priorities forward.
