True Graduated Compression

VIM & VIGR Compression Socks are knit with true graduated compression technology that starts firmly at the ankle and gradually eases up the leg. VIM & VIGR’s specialized knitting process promotes increased blood flow back to the heart and supports healthy circulation.

Reduced Swelling & Achiness

By increasing the efficiency of blood flow in the legs, graduated compression can reduce swelling and pain associated with fluid retention and blood-pooling in the lower extremities.

Increased Energy

VIM & VIGR’s graduated compression provides energizing support which can help legs feel more comfortable, light, and ready for all of life’s activities.

Enhanced Muscle Recovery

Graduated compression can optimize circulatory function, which assists with the removal of metabolic waste and increases the flow of oxygen rich blood to the muscles, promoting recovery and healing.

TESTED & TRUE

Our quality assurance process ensures that we only ship out products that meet our standard for everyday and medical-grade compression. We measure, stretch, inspect, test - and then we guarantee 100% satisfaction

Made with advanced gradient pressure knitting for support and aid in muscle recovery, calf sleeves are ideal for running, cycling, hiking, sports and general exercise. Our sleeves offer a moderate compression to re-energize and support your legs.

We don't recommend them for more sedentary activities like travel. Since compression sleeves stop at the top of the ankle, they're not as effective at preventing swelling. True graduated compression socks or full tights, on the other hand, are very effective at preventing swelling and are perfect for any occasion - sitting or standing for long periods, workouts or travel.

These high-functioning sleeves help:

  • Energize legs
  • Alleviate achiness and heaviness
  • Stabilize muscles & reduce soreness
  • Aid in muscle recovery

Compression level: 15-20 mmHg

Material: 91% Nylon/9% Spandex (Latex-free)

Great fit

"I have large calves and the size 2 fit well. I've only worn them for 1 day, but they are the most comfortable sleeves I've tried. I'm a little disappointed in the color. They are far more neon than pastel."

"Great for a POTS person who wants to wear sandals."

A Godsend

"I was diagnosed with an extremely rare autoimmune disease caused by a bizarre reaction to antibiotics. It left me with burn like injuries on my shins. The one is still healing a year later and I have 5 pairs of sleeves. I wear them every single day. My only wish is that they made prettier colors and designs. Maybe a pink array might be nice."

Best compression socks (and I've tried a lot)

"I have Lipedema and for years tried to wear compression socks which I have purchased at a medical supply store. They have never been comfortable. I stopped wearing them because they would pinch my skin. I began looking again to find something that would be comfortable and I came across your website. Saw the toeless and thought I would give it a go. Wow, was I surprised how comfortable they were. I wore them through the entire night and kept them on. When I wear them to work, again, so comfortable. Are they working? They must be because my legs do not have that “heavy” feeling by the afternoon. They also do not “pinch” just under my knee. So happy to find these."

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

"Easy on and off. Feels great on. Was afraid my ankles would swell, but minimal swelling. Can't wait to try the "toes free" ones!"

Recommended by festival volunteer

"This is my second pair - bought specifically for wearing while volunteering at a 9-day festival event. The sleeves really help!"

Perfect for my needs

"My legs swell when I travel and I had thigh-hi compression leggings before. I didn’t like them because I had to wear loose pants to accommodate them. These are perfect knee-hi sock length so no more baggy clothes when I travel 😂. Wore them on a car trip to Vegas and no swelling! I’ll be wearing next on a plane."
