It would be a great understatement to say that 2020 looked different than we all expected. Our team felt the word of the year – "pivot" – deeply as we postponed plans, re-thought strategies and made changes to our business to weather COVID-19. But, it wasn't all bad.
2020 was the year of celebrating both big and small wins. It pushed us to think harder, act faster and be smart about every decision. We celebrated the small things – updates to our technology, changes to our website, systems that will help our business run smoothly. And looking back, we recognize there were some big wins, too – launching our Give a Sock initiative (which will be back again in Spring 2021!) and sending thousands of socks to front line healthcare workers, sponsoring the Dysautonomia International virtual conference, kicking off our Brand Ambassador program and being featured on Good Morning America.
The thing that kept us going? Your inspiring stories & generosity. We were blown away by you – our customers and community. You showed your support again and again – purchasing socks for our Give a Sock campaign, sharing your stories and feedback, and putting our socks on every day as you geared up to work on the frontlines or from home. We are so grateful to each and every one of you.
Our team is coming out of this year stronger & more focused than ever, and we're looking ahead to 2021 with great expectation. Thanks for sticking with us on the journey – we can't wait to show you what we have in store for the year ahead! In the meantime, check out this year's highlights below.
